Plastic mixing machine is mainly used in plastic powder adding, mixing, drying, coloring for all kinds of plastic resin such as PVC, PE, PP etc.
This plastic raw material mixer is composed of heating and cooling mixers. Hot material from heating mixer is fed into cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid burning.
Feature of resin mixing equipment:
1. The seal between pot and cover adopts double seal ring and pneumatic open for easy operation. It makes better sealing effects compare with traditional seal ring.
2. The paddle of PVC high speed mixer adopts big tilt angle and single layer palm, which make the material rise up along the inside of pot, and realize the aim of sufficient cooling by falling through cooling jacket.
3. To ensure quality of products and improve production flexibility, safety and reliability, MagStar specially designed to set the temperature point inside pot caused directly touch with the material which avoid material feeding running when material temperature is lower or higher than setting degree.
4. To avoid material leakage and improving quality of final product, discharging valve adopt plunger type gate and axial seal. The internal surface of the gate is strict with the inner wall of the pot which makes no dead angle space.
5. Top cover of mixing machine has degassing device, it can get rid of water vapor in the course of hot mixing and avoid undesirable effects on the material.
